Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our store, add to basket, click Checkout then fill in a few details to complete your order. We accept card payments, Mastercard and Visa, both credit and debit, as well as PayPal. If you are shopping from a country outside the UK, place your order and your card issuer will convert the transaction to your local currency. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. You may also place orders off-line and pay for them by bank transfer or card payment. Payment card security
You can be sure that your credit or debit card details are safe when you order on our website. We use Sage Pay as our payment service provider, they handle the security of your card details on our behalf. We never actually see any of your card details, nor do we store your card details in any form.

Shipping and handling
We aim to ship orders received before 12pm the same day. If this is not possible, we will advise an expected delivery date and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery schedule
Orders £100 ex VAT or more - shipped for free on a 1-3 day delivery service Orders less than £100 ex VAT, a carriage charge of £9.50 will apply - shipped on a 1-3 day delivery service Next Day delivery before 10.30am available for £17.95 Carriage costs are based on UK mainland only. There is a higher delivery charge if delivery is to a remote location within the UK. For shipping to any other location outside the UK, delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout. If your country is not listed for delivery, please contact us for delivery options.

Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will advise you of the expected delivery date. If this date doesn’t meet your expectations, you can cancel your order if you would rather not wait. This policy applies to both our 1-3 day and Next Day before 10.30am services.

Tax charges
For orders made for delivery within the UK 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

XI Number
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, we will require your XI number at checkout.

EORI Number
For deliveries to EU countries, we will require your EORI number at checkout.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any problem with your purchase, just contact us and we will do everything necessary to resolve the problem.
